Lamler offers FREE shipping over £100 within in the UK. Orders will either be sent using Royal mail 24 hour or via a trusted courier depending on the size of the order. All orders made on weekend days and all British public holidays will be shipped on the first working day. Working with a range of trusted courier partners we strive to give you the best service possible at the cost you choose. Once you have made payment and the goods are shipped you will receive an email directly from the courier (or us) allowing you to track and see where your item is. At times we will also add additional free shipping to other countries that will be part of special promotions and offers.
We are temporarily not shipping internationally but we will do again as soon as possible.
You may return your purchase (or part of it) for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it. Please note: We can't be held responsible for items that fail to reach us. We strongly recommend that customers send their returns via a registered trackable service. For the refunds of any returned item(s): if you return your entire order or part order you will you will be refunded within 14 days of the goods arriving back at Lamler. All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached and in the original packaging with all contents. Lamler reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items. For the refunds of any returned items within the UK: if you return your entire order or part order you will you will be refunded within 14 days of the goods arriving safely back at Lamler.
If you need or would like to exchange an item within the UK or Internationally, we are happy to do this. Please email or phone us via customer services letting us know your order number and what you would like to exchange. You will then need to send back your exsisting purchase(s) that you wish to exchange. We strongly recommend using a fully trackable service and can not be held responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Once we have safely received the item(s) returned, in an unused and resalable condition we will then send out your new order. On all exchanged item(s) you will be charged for postage and returns. Within the UK you will receive any outstanding balance of money's owed to you within 14 days of any product safely reaching Lamler.
